TL;DR

This project reduced dependency on multiple tools and laid the foundation for a seamless, efficient vibration analysis experience within Nobel Fire.


Using the design sprint approach, we collaborated in 2 hybrid workshops and mapped the current user flow to identify inefficiencies. Pain points were categorized into 8 focus areas, enabling targeted improvements through dot voting. Usability testing with 5 participants yielded a 94% task completion rate, a 3.6/5 experience rating, and an average task time of 24 minutes.
